Bill Fergusson is a respected brand and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategist.

Over the course of a career spanning more than two decades he has developed highly targeted corporate and product brands disseminated through award-winning communications programs, including industry-leading, state-of-the-art Internet marketing campaigns.

As an SEO expert, Bill specializes in helping firms build brands and gain more visibility on the web.
Bill is a brand and Search Engine Optimization strategist, writer and speaker.
Bill was an early adapter of web technology and co-founded a web development firm called Simplexity that specialized in applying Internet technology to brand-building and sales acquisition campaigns. Most recently Bill spent seven years as a Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Fremont Investment Advisors (acquired by Managers Investment Group), where his department won numerous awards, especially for its innovative web-based marketing campaigns.

Bill’s career began at Charles Schwab where he was a copywriter producing newspaper and magazine advertising as well as direct mail and radio and television ads.

Bill is an active member of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO). He is a graduate of the University of Kansas and has a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
